Camp Brigham at Cave of the Mounds
Where Kids Rock!
“The safety and well being of our campers is our top priority at Camp Brigham. We have decided to cancel our June and July camps at this time. We will be paying close attention to the recommendations from the CDC and our local government officials as to the best practices for running camp in August in light of the Covid-19 situation. We are currently not taking registration for Camp Brigham at this time, but if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com“

C.A.V.E. Camp Values
We play outside. The physical, social-emotional, and academic benefits of time in nature are undeniable. At Camp Brigham we create the conditions for campers to develop a positive relationship with the natural world. We believe this starts with fostering joy and wonder.
We believe that the best nature champions are those who have spent time outdoors and develop a strong emotional connection with nature. At Camp Brigham we believe that by fostering a positive relationship with nature we will spark a commitment to protect it.
We have face-to-face interactions and build community. If campers feel accepted they will be more likely to try, learn and experience new things. Camp Brigham is a place for campers to unplug from technology and connect with each other in authentic ways.
We celebrate questions. Questions spark exploration and investigation. At Camp Brigham we learn that mistakes can provide important information and contribute to learning. We believe curiosity is fundamental to a growth mindset and to scientific and other pursuits.
