Your Camp Brigham Adventure Begins Here!

Registration Instructions:

  1. Please select all programs for which you wish to enroll your child on the following Camp Brigham Registration Form.
  2. Shuttle Bus Transportation is available for an additional fee. Mt. Horeb School District buses provide transportation to and from Camp Brigham. The bus will have a Camp Brigham Bus Counselor riding along to greet the campers and take attendance, play games to make the ride more fun and to provide supervision. Campers are checked on and off the bus at each stop and at camp. Camp Brigham reserves the right to cancel transportation if minimum enrollment is not met whereby full transportation refund will be given. NO TRANSPORTATION REFUNDS will be given for camper absence(s).
  3. Note the Total Due at the bottom of the form so you can make a payment.  Full payment is due to secure your child’s spot.  There will be payment instructions upon submitting the registration information.
  4. If you are registering for muliple programs or multiple campers and would like to break your payment into installments, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you.
  5. There are no refunds given for absences or no shows. Transfer of registration and camper cancellation refunds are at the discretion of camp management. Approved refunds are sent at the conclusion of the summer.
  6. Camp Brigham reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp due to lack of enrollment. We will notify you at least 2 weeks in advance when camps are cancelled or rescheduled. Camps cancelled by Camp Brigham due to a lack of enrollment result in a full refund to the payer.
  7. Confirmation of your child’s enrollment at Camp Brigham will be sent via e-mail.
