If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in good condition, with the original sales receipt within 14 days for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. Remember that most of the products from Mineral Planet come from nature and thus no two are alike.
Color streaks, small seams or cracks and other variations are natural features that make the item unique and should not be considered flaws.
Please note: purchaser is responsible for ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally received.
Tour tickets, as well as Shipping and handling, are not refundable.

For Mineral Planet orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks (please note that your order will not be processed until your check clears our bank) and phone orders (608-437-3038).
If you visit us in person at Cave of the Mounds, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash only (sorry, no checks).
Wisconsin residents will be charged 5% sales tax.
Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your order and the item has not shipped yet, a full refund, less 10% re-stocking fee, will be issued. Please note: most orders are shipped the day of or the day after the order was placed.
Backorders and Out of Stocks:
All Items at Mineral Planet are subject to stock on hand. Since most of our products come from nature and many are one of a kind, at times your order may be out of stock. If this occurs one of our customer service associates will contact you regarding substitutions or backorders.
